HABC does not charge individuals registering as a Nominated Tutor. Likewise there are no qualification registration fees applicable to Approved HABC Centres registering Nominated Tutors.

Please note: It is the responsibility of each Centre to ensure that all details are accurate and up to date.

Nominated Tutors must have sufficient expertise to speak with authority on the subject to be taught at the Levels at which they wish to train.

To teach a level 2 qualification, Nominated Tutors should have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification from a recognized Awarding Body, together with relevant work experience and a training qualification or training experience.

To teach a level 3 qualification, Nominated Tutors should have a minimum of a Level 4 qualification from a recognized Awarding Body, together with relevant work experience and a training qualification or training experience.

HABC require that Nominated Tutors have teaching experience and hold a qualification in a relevant subject area.
