HABC Price Promise Policy – Terms and Conditions

All prices provided from other Awarding Organisations must be provided to HABC on either an invoice, a quotation provided on a letterhead, a forwarded html e-mail or a forwarded plain-text e-mail that includes the name and e-mail address of the member of staff from the Awarding Organisation providing the quote.

The qualification provided by the other Awarding Organisation must be identical to the qualification on offer by HABC. If there are any differences at all between the qualifications then we will not match the price.

The offer is Centre-specific only and cannot be provided to any associated Centre without definitive proof that they have also been offered the low price by the Awarding Organisation in question.

4.

HABC’s price match policy will be executed at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Please note we do price match 99.5% of price match requests. However, under extreme circumstances, there may be times when we simply cannot price match a product being sold at an unrealistically low price. We will not match “loss leaders” or other orders that result in a financial loss.

Match price must include competitor’s applicable shipping, handling and sales tax charges. Our Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's bonus offers, free offers, auction websites, special orders, typographical errors or where a service commitment is included in the transaction. We must be able to verify that it is the exact same product (to be determined at our absolute discretion).
